I noted a few notices around the property that they are/were planning a hotel upgrade to be done this fall, but really is that an excuse for torn furniture, scrapes on the walls, and carpet that made me shudder sometimes? The other major issue is that it is a smoking casino.
I think that the three stars are more for the fact that at least it is accommodations, and they did meet a minimum expecation in some ways, but dear, dear, the physical shape was bad.
